  • Product Overview:
    Airflow drying, also known as instant drying. It is the rapid removal of water (mainly surface water) from small particles and powdery wet materials that are easily dehydrated. In airflow drying, due to the extremely short residence time of the material, the quality of the dried product is better controlled.

    Our factory closely follows advanced technologies at home and abroad, providing high-quality and inexpensive complete sets of equipment for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. There are three main product series: JG reinforced airflow dryer; QG positive or negative pressure pulse airflow dryer; FG positive and negative pressure two-stage airflow dryer.

    Product features:
    1: The high drying intensity, small equipment capacity, large airflow drying processing capacity, and low investment are unmatched by other equipment.
    2: High degree of automation, extremely short drying time (0.5-2 seconds), material drying is carried out in the pipeline, and the product quality is good.
    3: Complete equipment supply. The basic model consists of an air filter, heater, feeder, drying pipe, fan, and cyclone separator. There are three types of materials: A3 steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel strip. Users can choose and select materials according to their needs, and add dust collectors and other auxiliary equipment.
    4: Choose your own heat source. The inlet air temperature is directly proportional to the production output. The inlet air temperature is generally between 100-300 ℃, and the outlet temperature is between 30-60 ℃. According to the heat resistance of the material, the selected heat sources are steam, electric compensation, hot air furnace, hot oil furnace, etc.
    5: The inlet humidity can be between 1-60%, and the outlet humidity can reach 0.1-18%
    6: The water evaporation rate is determined based on a dry corn starch content of 40%, a final moisture content of 13.5%, and an inlet thermometer at around 145 ℃. Other materials are determined based on specific conditions.

    Application scope:
    This equipment is widely used for drying powdered and granular materials in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials. The products that have been dried using this series include starch, glucose, fish meal, sugar, distiller's grains, feed, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyes, etc.

    working principle:
    The working principle of the FG series dryer is to divide the drying of wet materials into two steps. The raw materials are first subjected to a first stage positive pressure drying using a mixture of exhaust gas from the second stage drying and a radiator. The low-temperature and high humidity exhaust gas after use is discharged outside the machine. The dried semi-finished products are subjected to a second stage negative pressure drying using fresh hot air, and the finished products are measured and packaged. The used high-temperature and low humidity exhaust gas is used for primary drying, thus completing a good cycle drying process. The amount of supplementary hot air can be adjusted as needed, making the machine widely applicable.
